Connection Church exists to be a church with a relevant message and approach connecting the people of our day with Christ and His purposes. We will endeavor to do this by being real, relevant, relational, and radical.

REAL:

In faith and life being real means being honest, authentic and transparent…who we really are. No religious pretense or facades, just real people. Our goal will always be to relate with the people of our day and address the issues they are facing in life, such as marriage, family, finances, and social issues.

RELEVANT:

If it's not relevant, who cares? We want to demonstrate in teaching and action that our faith is relevant in the day we live in. Being a Christ follower will impact every aspect of life…it's not just a Sunday thing! We will communicate how Christianity effectively intersects with everyday life and culture.

RELATIONAL:

In a society where people often feel lonely and disconnected, we want them to know the church as a place where they can find love and acceptance, as well as a sense of divine purpose and belonging. We will endeavor to create environments where people can connect with others and build meaningful relationships, and we will seek to promote a spirit of community by encouraging everyone to use their gifts and talents to serve God and one another.

RADICAL:

Everyone wants to be a part of something that is exciting, challenging and life-changing. It’s our desire to make church just that kind of experience. We never want Connection Church to be described as church as usual, or to hear words like boring and irrelevant to describe our services. We will always seek to declare a message that is relevant and clear, to use methods that are innovative and creative, and to “doing church” in a manner that is enjoyable, engaging, and empowering.
