Lil' Kidz is a fun, safe, loving and nurturing environment for preschool children, ages 3-5 years old where they discover that God made them, loves them and has a wonderful plan for their lives. Our purpose is to share God's love with every child and partner with parents to lay a strong spiritual foundation for them. We teach the simplicity of the Gospel through a variety of stories, crafts, Bible action songs and other activities. Every lesson taught reinforces Bible truths. We believe children are a heritage from the Lord and our goal is to develop Lil' Kidz into “lil' giants” for Jesus.
Our Team
Our team of supervisors and volunteers are highly qualified and continually trained according to daycare, proficient standards. Background criminal checks are conducted on every volunteer over age 18.
Facilities & Equipment
Facilities & equipment are extremely important! Great care is taken to keep everything clean and sanitary. Safe and up-to-date, age-appropriate equipment and toys are sterilized before each service.
Learning Time
LEARNING TIME includes praise and worship, prayer, Bible lessons, puppets, videos, snacks and crafts.
Communication
COMMUNICATION with Parents is vital! Our pager call system notifies parents in the adult sanctuary if their child needs them. Children are only released from class to parents with a corresponding number-tag.
Lil' K is a bible-based, kid-tested, mother-approved DVD curriculum that helps us point kids to Jesus and teach the Bible every week. Each Lil' K program includes:
A Teaching Video where we join host Kai on a journey of discovery as we explore the lesson for the day. We’ll learn how the doodad we create each week relates to the objective and how we can live out God’s Word, every day.
Can preschoolers worship? We believe they can. Song Time includes a sing-a-long worship song presented in music video form — kids sing, jump, shout, move and worship.
Each week children receive a take home MAP Book activity sheet that reinforces the objectives of the Bible lesson. It includes fun learning activities that parents can do with their kids - because we believe the best environment for spiritual training goes on with Mom and Dad at home.
